System Tests

System tests require the files from the default installation to be in place.

Loading Experimental Data

  1. Launch the Comparator. By default you'll be in the Experiment tab.
  2. Use the File/Open... menu option to open frogegg.dat in the frogegg directory
  3. Check the Name, Experiment Value, Value Type, and Comment columns against Picture 1

Loading Model Data

  1. Switch to the Transform tab
  2. Use the File/Open... menu option to open frogegg.mss in the frogegg directory
  3. Check the Transform column against Picture 2

Loading Objective Data

  1. Switch to the Objective tab
  2. Use the File/Open... menu option to open frogegg.obs in the frogegg directory
  3. Check the Objective, Criterion, and Acceptable columns against Picture 3

Running a Model

  1. Use the Run/Run menu option in the Objective tab. A dialog box should appear while the simulations execute.
  2. After the simulations complete, check the Transform Value, Objective Result, and Acceptable columns against Picture 4
  3. Right click on the first line MPF mphase activation L and select Plot. A plot window should appear.
  4. Check the plot against Picture 5

Comparing Across Comparisons

  1. Switch to the Compare^2 tab
  2. Use the File/Open Result Group... menu option to open frogegg.rsg in the frogegg directory
  3. Check the display against Picture 6
  4. Use the Objective/Open Objective Set... menu option to open frogegg.obs in the frogegg directory
  5. Check the display against Picture 7
  6. Select the View/Relative Order from Threshold menu option
  7. Check the display against Picture 8
