# Generic Model of Eukaryotic Cell Cycle Control Use Case

These pages describe a generic model of cell cycle control for eukaryotes. They show how JigCell is used to construct a mathematical model from the wiring diagram, to run batch simulations for various organisms, and to automatically compare simulations with experimental observations in order to estimate an optimal parameter set for that organism.
